Warranty
- All items are guaranteed as per their respective suppliers' warranty.
- Manufacturers have very limited warranties that cover direct manufacturing faults or failures in their products. Damage caused by improper use or care, accident, modification, or negligence is not covered under warranty claims. It also excludes reasonable wear and tear, and natural material breakdown or fading due to age, use, or environmental conditions. As with all extreme sports, equipment suffers damage as a direct result of participation. Such damage to equipment is also not covered under warranty. We will do our best to complete all warranty claims with minimal cost to the customer.
- Our warranty applies to any items that are dead on arrival or there's a manufacturing fault with them.
- Please be advised no warranty is guaranteed. All warranty claims are forwarded to manufacturers/suppliers for consideration. Marine Depot will then follow through with the final steps from their decision of action whether to be repaired, credited or replaced.
- Please note that warranty claims require proof of purchase.
- If you have received a wrong item, or the product has been damaged in transit, we must be contacted within 24 hours. In these cases we will require proof of damage / incorrect item sent, via photos emailed to us.
- No refund / replacement will be given if any unauthorised repairs were done to the product
- No refund / replacement will be given if there's a fault caused by misuse or normal wear and tear
- No refund / replacement will be given if we are not contacted within the timeframes specified in the warranty
- Marine Depot is not liable for any inbound returns that are lost in transit. We recommend returns be sent with tracking to confirm delivery.
- Please note shipping charges are not refundable
