  • FREE SHIPPING is on all orders over $499* and up to 25kg within Metro areas only including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide. 
  • Free Shipping excludes certain heavy and bulky items over $499.
  • Remote areas might incur additional charges, in these cases we will contact you.
  • Please note that heavy and bulky items ( some seats, large anchors, consoles, rope, chain etc ) have shipping limitations and can't be sent to any islands ( 2899 - Norfolk Island, 4875 - Thursday Island, 6798 - Christmas Island, 6799 - Cocos island ) or remote areas such as NT, WA, TAS, regional or far Nth QLD. In these cases we will contact you regarding the order and either cancel it or send to an alternative address if possible. 
  • *Note: Please note that certain heavy and bulky items over $499 might not be available for Free Shipping. In these cases we will contact you to confirm before the order is shipped out. Additional freight charges might apply. ie

  • Unfortunately we are unable to ship Large or Bulky items to PO Boxes.

  • Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. While we strive to have orders despatched within 2-5 working days, some items can take a little longer due to interstate warehouse locations and delivery times. If an item is needed for a specific date, please check with us first. To be on the safe side it is best to order at least 10 working days before an item is needed.
  • Buyers living in remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, small towns, or out-of-towners, etc may need to collect from their nearest freight depot as we can't guarantee door to door delivery in each case.
  • If an order can't be delivered by the courier due to an address issue and is returned to us, we will require an additional payment for reshipping the item(s)
  • All deliveries are made during weekdays only, during normal business hours (9am to 5pm). Orders can't be delivered on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
  • We use Direct Freight Express, StarTrack Express, Toll, Couriers Please and Australia Post for shipping items, depending on your location and the item being shipped, at our discretion.
  • NOTE: All Australian Courier charges allow for Only 1 Attempted Delivery per order. All orders will be shipped as ATL (Authority to Leave) at the premises. Please supply an address where someone can sign for the parcel.
  • Depending on order time, most orders leave our warehouses within 2-5 working days of receiving the order. We do ask that you allow 7-10 working days for delivery, however in most cases orders are delivered within Metro Areas within 2-5 working days. Regional areas can take longer.
  • If there is a stock availability issue on certain products in your order, you will be contacted and alerted to the status of your purchase. For more information on products and delivery, please contact us. 
  • All orders are traceable and are sent with either Direct Freight Express, Australia Post, Couriers Please, Startrack Express or Toll Express.
  • *Note: Some products may take longer to despatch, as they are custom order in items and are warehoused interstate with our suppliers.
  • Time frames for delivery may alter due to circumstances beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, supplier stock levels.
